At the end of each year I like to look back and reflect on all the memories that made it special. With mostly ups (and a few downs), I can say 2018 was a remarkable year. As the holidays approach we all have different traditions, favorite memories, and things we look forward to. As a Type A person I thrive on organization and planning. I have never been able to do things spontaneously and that’s why I’m a big fan of goal planning. Whenever I think of something I’d like to achieve I’ll jot it down in my iPhone or in my planner. I went from getting my nails done at the salon every two weeks to doing my manicure at home. I look forward to the “me time” I spend on Sunday afternoons doing my nails while binge-watching a favorite TV show.
