Vacation at the Connecticut shoreline

I couldn’t have asked for a better end to the summer. Billy and I took our much anticipated trip to the East Coast. Discovering Yoga My first time trying yoga was a couple years ago. I was in search for a new workout and had heard great reviews from friends. I learned quickly why so many people love this exercise. Leaving my first class I felt amazing physically and mentally. It was easy to see why so many swear by doing yoga to better themselves. Since then I try my best to fit in a yoga class every so often. I’ve never gotten to a point of doing anything too advanced, though there has been some improvement in my flexibility. My main reason for continuing a yoga practiceRead More →
